VERTICUT AND SEEDING
Verticut and seeding will help your lawn attain a thick and lush look.
A healthy lawn is better able to resist stress due to weather
conditions and insects.
Verticutting includes raking up any excess thatch and removal, then seeding
of your lawn with a starter fertilizer applied.
Our seedings are guaranteed until March 1st of the following year.
AERATION
Aeration is the process of removing cores of soil from your lawn.
This process helps decompact the soil and allow nutrients to reach
the root system of your lawn.
*This is most beneficial with our clay soil in the Kansas City area and is
recommended to be done at least once per year .

LIME APPLICATION
A lime application will help raise the PH level and therefore condition the
soil for better growth.
WINTER
APPLICATION
A winter application is a heavy application of fertilizer to encourage root
development and help your lawn throughout the winter months.
REMINDER
We are a continuous service from year to year and season to season unless
you notify our office

writing
